Refund and Returns Policy

1. Exchange Policy

Customers please contact HUONG to exchange the item within 3 days (from the date you receive the item)
Exchange order processing time: 7 – 10 days (from the date HUONG receives the item back)
HUONG supports exchanges but does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Exchange Conditions

HUONG only accepts exchanges in cases where the product has a manufacturer defect or HUONG delivers the wrong product (wrong product, color, size) compared to the original agreement with the customer.
HUONG does not support size exchange, exchange for another product if the delivered product is the correct product, color and size as originally agreed by the customer and the brand.
Cases of manufacturer defects: fading, color bleeding, tears, damage, large stains, scratches.
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags and labels intact, no scent. For in-store purchases, the original receipt is required.
Each item can only be exchanged once.
For exchanges involving a higher-priced item, customers must pay the difference. For lower-priced items, no price difference will be refunded.
Exchanges are only valid for full-priced items, not sale items. Customers may exchange for items of equal or higher value (full-priced items only).

3. Exchange Fees

If HUONG sends the wrong item or sends a product with a manufacturer defect, HUONG will cover the shipping costs to send the correct item to you. (Including the cost of sending the exchanged item back to Vietnam and the cost of sending the new item from Vietnam)
