1. General Policy

At HUONG, each product is made to order and undergoes a thorough quality inspection before delivery. Therefore:

HUONG does not offer refunds or returns under normal circumstances.

However, we are committed to supporting our customers and finding the most reasonable solution in special cases such as manufacturing defects, incorrect delivery, or shipping issues.

2. When can I request a product exchange?

HUONG accepts exchange requests under the following conditions:

  • The product has serious manufacturing defects (e.g., torn fabric, discoloration, structural damage, etc.).
  • The delivered item is incorrect in design, color, or size compared to the confirmed order.
  • The customer would like to change the size of the product.

3. How long do I have to request an exchange?

Please contact HUONG within 3 days from the date you receive your order to submit an exchange request.

We are unable to process exchange requests beyond this period.

4. What are the conditions for a product to be eligible for exchange?

Returned products must:

  • Be in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Include the purchase receipt or order details.
  • Be accompanied by photos and an unboxing video of the item.

5. How do I start the exchange process?

The exchange process may take approximately 20–30 days from the date the request is received. The process is as follows:

Step 1: Fill in the Exchange Request Form (https://byvn.net/AVaW)

(We will provide this form separately.)

  • Order ID
  • Product photos and unboxing video clearly showing the issue
  • Exchange request (e.g., size, different design)

Step 2: Wait for confirmation and instructions from our Customer Service team

(2–3 working days)

Step 3: Pack and return the item to HUONG as instructed.

Step 4: HUONG receives and inspects the returned product

(10–14 working days)

Step 5: HUONG prepares and ships the replacement item

(Within 2–3 working days)

Step 6: Customer receives the new item, completing the exchange process

(10–14 working days)

Note: Shipping time excludes weekends and public holidays.

6. How are exchange fees calculated?

  • HUONG will cover round-trip shipping costs if the product has a technical defect or was sent incorrectly.
  • If the customer wishes to exchange for a different size, customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. HUONG will calculate and notify these costs before proceeding.

7. Are sale items eligible for exchange?

Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.
